Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Director to lead our Human Resources department in our manufacturing facility located in Tangier. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in HR management, with a focus on manufacturing industries. As the HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all HR functions, ensuring compliance, fostering a positive work environment, and contributing to the strategic growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
2. Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team, ensuring efficient and effective operations of all HR functions.
3. Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition efforts, from job postings to interviewing and on-boarding, to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
3. Design and execute effective internal company policies and regulations, including but not limited to Employee Handbook, Attendance and Leave Policies, Compensation and Benefits Policies, Performance management guidelines, Termination and Resignation Policies.
4. Create and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
5. Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
6. Collaborate with management to identify workforce needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
7. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and propose improvements.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, labor laws, and best practices to ensure the organization's HR policies and procedures are current and compliant.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
2. Minimum of 3-6 years of progressive HR work experience, with a proven track record in manufacturing industries.
3. English as a working language, Proficiency in French is highly desirable.
4. Thorough understanding of labor laws, regulations, and best practices related to HR management in Morocco.
5. Experience of working in a European company in Morocco or studying abroad is preferred
